Kept up to date at all times … swift service replying to emails ..

We have been tenants for just over 6 years with Bluestone and we have had great service from them over the years. Would like to specifically mention Claire whom has gone out-of her way to assist us especially when the landlady gave us notice due to no fault of ours. We would recommend them anyday. They are professional and deal with all queries and issues fast as they can. Thank you Bluestone for all your support and help throughout our tenancy at Chepstow Road.

Had to sell my mum's house during the pandemic . They listened to my opinion as I wanted it to be sold as a family home not as part of someone's portfolio. We had a few hiccups due to slow process from outside professionals. They have been lovely though and always chased things up. Thank you so much. Would definitely use again and recommend you.

I chose this local estate agents to sell my home due to their good reviews on various websites and very competitive prices. They managed to get my house sold during the difficult Coronavirus period and really helped to get my sale over the line! They were a pleasure to deal with and Ryan and Claire in particular were absolutely brilliant in going above and beyond in their customer service. I would not hesitate to use or recommend them again! We had previously gone with a large estate agent in Newport as they had previously been renting out our house. We are pretty confident that they relied on Rightmove to sell the house and in 20 weeks, they only had 5 viewings. When we switched to Bluestone, we had over that it 3 days! It took a long time to sell our house (due to uncertainty over Brexit) but they carried out over 60 viewings, constantly dedicated to selling the house. We also had an absolute nightmare with our chain when we finally did accept an offer but the whole team knew our case inside out and were chasing the buyers, their solicitors and mortgage adviser...literally anyone they could chase about it, they did. A massive thank you to all the Bluestone team but especially Claire and Ryan. We are now on to selling the next house in order to buy our dream family home. Wish us luck!
